fix problem with strangle regexp, it was picking up objects on the floor

Changed the regexp for strangle it will now capture the persons names and ignore items onn the floor that have leading spaces

Updated to include the attacked players level and a level range to help.
New trigger for anyone willingt o help now has a clickable link to run you to the room where the fight is no going.
Added an alias pkgo that also runs you to the room.
Added more details to the readme.md file. This includes installation and usage.
