This bike stand is just awesome. Very well constructed, solid, simple and functional. A more suitable alternative then taking your bike for the high priced bike shops. Makes growing your bike so much better and is worth the cost. Here's my short evaluation of it's features.
Pedestrians have plenty of room to walk on the sidewalks most seem to prefer simply to walk on the bike paths, and often two or three abreast which usually impedes bicycle traffic. About 20% for the people in the market to be walking on the bike paths while about 80% seem to obey regulation. The 20% who do walk inside the bike paths manage to slow down bicycle traffic considerably.
When I worked each morning Operations Department, we were in domination over young, naval flight officers, that had just become pilots. These were all brand new designated pilots, that had just gotten their wings. They were now at our school, for more training. Most ensigns, and LTJG's, that come threw our squadron, are green horns, and don't really know much to your real Deep blue. They have visited school nearly all of their life, and basically just about advanced bike repair techniques be assigned to first real squadron.
Many however cannot, but would still like using their own creation anyway and that's cool. Sometimes, the spokes break, usually at a place where the spoke meets the hub or bring. Broken spokes should be repaired immediately in order to ensure safety of the bicycle ride your bike.
