Created a fail safe to check if required field for reporting existed and if it did not, create a default to print error.

Added 'dnote' and some debug notes
...
If a skill/spell is tracked and not been used, the 'average' line does not print. This caused script to look for a value that didn't exist. Now the value will be set to '0' if none is found.

Removed initial declaration of dtrack.regular and dtrack.hits, moved them into the alias command, and then set them to nil after reporting.
