Notify to channel PK alert information.

pkadmin help : This menu

pkadmin alert <yes/no> : Turns on/off channel alerts

pkadmin sound <yes/no> : Turns on/off sound alerts

pkadmin volume <0-100> : Sets the play volume for sound

pkadmin enable : Enables the script

pkadmin disable : Disables the script
